Fix "ssh_private_key_file is invalid" errors in pipeline

Simply use the new option "-evaluate-datasources" (packer >= 1.8.5 ?). The other warning "A checksum of 'none' was specified" doesn't seem fixable... (We could use a post-processor to generate checksums in a file and use it, but during the validation this file would be missing)
