k3d multi-servers cluster is broken after machine shutdown

When the machine where the k3d multi-servers cluster is rebooted, the kubectl commands fail with the following error:

Error from server (InternalError): an error on the server ("apiserver not ready") has prevented the request from succeeding (get services)

The problem does not happen when I first stop the cluster before rebooting the machine.
