SMTP port is not used

Problem

The vars.ini define a port option since #305 (closed) (aa1153f8) but it's not used to build laboite-values.yaml smtp hostname address.

Proposal

• modify the template/include/smtp.j2 and templates/include/laboite/meteor_settings.j2 to use the SMTP port, but this is a BREAKING CHANGE
• remove the smtp.port from socle vars.ini since it's not used
