New chart-version 4.8.0 for ingress-nginx

Problem: In this chart-version the annotation nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/configuration-snippet stopped being activated by default, it implies the non-creation of ingress-redirect for portail.

Solution: https://github.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/pull/10393 add allowSnippetAnnotations: true value
