Some addons generate bad mongodb url

Problem

• Mongodb is deployed in socle namespace general.namespace

• Some addons override the general.namespace so they can't calculate the mongodb URI

  Mongo url should be set with the namespace of mongodb as suffix

Solutions

1. mongodb section could have its own namespace parameter

If we add this parameter, it must be used in all products that need mongodb
