Bad display after Laboite update on structures

UI has not been updated to reflect changes in structure's management.

See attached screenshots from authors page and author detail

when browsing 'Académies', authors and articles related to a structure are not found.

Structures are not fetched from database, but from a hard-coded file in laboite-blog-front (src/routes/academies/_academies.js). All structures related code needs to be rewritten to fetch structures from database.
