Can't add an information message for a structure

It seems to be a regression in version 5.5 (maybe link to issue #435 (closed) not sure).
When adding a new information message for a structure, the message is saved but isn't in the Information tab.
If there is no global message the Information tab show "Aucun message" even if there is an information for the structure
