feat(introduction): add app introduction in new information tab

* add "useCurrentIntroduction" react hook
* add "IntroductionAccordion" react component
* add information tab
* show information tab content even if user has no attached structure
* use "/introduction" route to get the page
* add "introductionTab" config (boolean) in disabledFeatures
