Also tweak the silence threshold to avoid huge node in the first place.
This is, however, a very subjective measure.
This threshold would be very different, depending on the speaker,
the language, etc...

We had troubles tracing down memory and cpu issues.
When there was not enough memory on the host machine,
PeerTube would unexpectedly restart without any feedbacks.

Most cases still seem to be undetectable tho...
