Update README.md
What if you update them ? If it does work on edition, it's probably a duplicate of #40 .
How do we create a sub-organisation?
It's actually called a subgroup https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/group/subgroups/#create-a-subgroup
You could also create a PeerTube "sub organization", URL would look smthing like this :
https://gitlab.com/apps_education/peertube
And give me admin ranks on it, this way I'll be able to admin everything PeerTube related on apps (including other plugins). cc @nschont
Here you go https://gitlab.com/lutangar
You should keep original message markdown formating (edit description of this issue to copy formatting) and blockquote the content there, with a link to this very issue.
Could be related to a video format issue...
In fact this happens when the PeerTube transcoding is still ongoing while publishing the video. As reported, on video edition the video file is found and the transcription process triggered.
Alright then, could we move everything there and keep only a readonly copy here then instead? cc @nschont So we may maintain the project in only one place.
But I'll need sufficient permissions!
Thanks, I've got something :

Yet another test: https://tube-test.apps.education.fr/w/vXrajga2WeTVWy8tTkZQuj
...however as I'm writing this I wonder what happened when the publish button is hit when the initial PeerTube isn't finished yet.
Publish button is disabled when the upload isn't completed.
With a quick test, it seems to work properly for audio files as well: https://tube-test.apps.education.fr/w/gExXBNqoR2aNnDZZ764bNA
The audiofile is automatically converted to a mp4 file and then, if a language is selected, and the publish button is hit, the transcription is triggered...

@benoit.piedallu I added a better description of our issue so you may share it at PeerTube.
todo user story
Closing since https://github.com/Chocobozzz/PeerTube/pull/4666 was merged.
@benoit.piedallu with a quick test :, if a language is chosen for the video, transcription is triggered when publishing a video.
I'll have to investigate more and add more logs to detect potential causes. In the meantime do you have more inputs on the context of your issue ? ex: date and approx hour, video, etc;..
