Add settings to control volume sizes and replica counts

Frédéric Lespez requested to merge frederic.lespez/tools:settings_for_volumes_and_replicas into dev

Add settings to vars.ini to control:

  • the number of pods for MongoDB and MinIO
  • the size of the volume attached to these pods

Add settings to nextcloud-vars.ini to control:

  • the number of Redis replicas
  • the size of the volume attached to Redis pods (master and replicas)

Default values are unchanged.
