PersonalSpace fixes

various enhancements on PersonalSpace:

• fix alignment of buttons in zone title (04.a)
• items spacing in zones (08.a)
• identical buttons/placement for adding zones at end or start of personalized zones (12.c 18.c)
• make zones more visible with added background color (03.a)
• fix search button and edit button placement in mobile mode
