fix(ui): various enhancements for poll/meeting ui

• fix unable to progress through creation steps without reloading the page
• display notifications if required data is missing
• autofocus on title field when creation a new poll
• add confirmation dialog when validating poll results
• change 'save' button to 'back' button when poll is already validated
